I painted the walls on my own, I installed lights, I built shelves, I installed wall-mounted speaker stands, I installed wall-mounted plug extensions and all this for getting out of there again in two months!!! If I ever get a good chance, I will kill a few bastards who are to blame for this!!!

One day I will have my own recording studio again, available 24/7 without annoying neighbours...
